The Encalmo Collection | 'Laura'

Part of Jennifer Nauck’s Encalmo series—each piece named in honor of Venetian women glassblowers—the Laura vase is a quiet homage to tradition and the refined strength of feminine artistry. Created using the Italian Encalmo technique, two distinct layers of molten glass are carefully joined to form a single, seamless whole—a delicate choreography of heat, timing, and vision.

With its gently rounded shape and balanced proportions, the Laura vase carries a subtle elegance. Bands of color encircle its form in soft conversation, evoking a sense of harmony and stillness.
