Part of Jennifer Nauck’s Encalmo series—each piece named in honor of Venetian women glassblowers—the Margheritavase is a graceful nod to tradition, technique, and timeless form. Through the refined Italian method of Encalmo, two molten elements are expertly fused into one—a delicate convergence that speaks to the artist’s steady hand and quiet precision.

The Margherita features a wide, gently rounded body and a poised presence. Bands of layered color unfold across its surface with a painterly rhythm, offering a sense of movement stilled in glass.
