Executed using the Italian Encalmo technique, two molten glass forms are joined with exacting care, becoming one unified vessel—a process as poetic as it is precise.
The Marietta features a gently rounded form, balanced and grounded. Subtle bands of color wrap around the piece, suggesting movement and stillness in equal measure—like light drifting across water.
