They look delicious but they're glass! Our candy canes are handmade from long twisty canes that can be up to 40 feet long. We then heat the tip, curl it to make the crook of the cane, cut it off and fire polish the end. Due to their hand-made nature, there can be some variation in cane stock, for example, more or less white, tighter or looser twist, or differences in thickness. Candy canes are around 6-8" long.
