Refund policy
We do not accept returns on any merchandise. We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange (which includes the option of a return for store credit) or, in the case of damaged or defective goods, a replacement.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or replacement will not be accepted. It is the customers responsibility to return the shipment unless item is damaged, please see damages and issue for more info.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, any "seconds" items, non-refundable deposits (see Installment Payments below) or the contents of mystery boxes. We also do not accept exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
You must contact the gallery prior to returning any item to be exchanged.
Installment Payments
The initial deposit (set to a standard 50% of list price for online purchases) for an installment payment is non-refundable and cannot be applied to other products. Installment payments must be made on time, on the agreed-upon schedule. A customer who fails to pay an installment for over 90 days from the due date forfeits their deposit and all payments made to date, and the product or products being paid in installments will be made available for sale to the public. Should a customer change their mind about a product partway through an installment payment plan, the initial deposit will be forfeit, and any additional payments made to date will be made available to the customer as store credit.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We reserve the right to offer a refund despite store policy at our discretion. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
