In his Ocean Forest series, Danny Polk captures the color, depth, and movement of the sea and the array of life it contains. The vases feature a deep blue bottom that fades to a lighter aqua near the top. Atop this, he layers reactive bits of colored glass that create the illusion of effervescence, small and large aquatic creatures, and sea grass.
