Shimmering aventurine glass gives Yorick a lively presence, with details that reveal themselves as the light changes. Shane Dorey’s hot-sculpted skull pairs a familiar meditation on mortality with the visual richness of glass. Handmade and one of a kind, it brings a little theatrical intrigue to a shelf, desk, or cabinet of curiosities.
